About Us
Red Window Communications is an integrated marketing communications agency based in the Southeastern United States, partnering with clients across the country and beyond.
We work across multiple platforms and creative disciplines to connect people, solve problems, seize opportunities, propel action, bring ideas to life and achieve client goals.
Our work spans a broad range of client industries, including healthcare, law, accounting, private equity, nonprofit, construction, real estate, education and the arts.
We're a digital agency that lives in the real world.
Headquartered in the writers’ haven of Oxford, Miss., Red Window connects a tradition of storytelling with fluency in visual branding and digital marketing techniques.
We create and execute custom strategies for our clients, telling authentic stories that bring clarity and fuel progress.
Our Story
Red Window’s roots are in journalism, and the essence of what we do remains the same: To listen well, distill ideas and deliver tightly crafted messages to the right people at the right time.
Our story began in 2018, when journalist Lucy Schultze founded Red Window to meet demand for authentic, content-driven marketing services.
Business owners understood that online search and social media offered powerful opportunities to directly reach people. But they needed help to define their brands, tell their own stories and build their audience.
In growing to meet their needs, Red Window has become a versatile, multidisciplinary team of both established and emerging communications professionals.
The team brings together a variety of creative, technical and strategic abilities, serving clients all the way from logo design and message development to website building, search strategy and media production.
Our Guiding Values
Put People First
We prioritize people in every interaction, combining digital fluency with logic and empathy. This approach makes every project more impactful — from user experience and buyer journeys, to storytelling and audience engagement.
Simplify & Clarify
We remove barriers and streamline messages to create clear, actionable paths. This empowers our partners to connect people, brands and actions that drive progress.
Be Transparent
We communicate with directness and sincerity, both with our partners and on their behalf. This enables them to build strong reputations that are rooted in trust.
Bring Excellence
We go above and beyond, because we love what we do and enjoy doing it well. We bring this energy and focus to all the ways our expertise can advance our partners’ goals.
Connect Past & Future
We respect what’s come before as we chart a path forward. By blending context with fresh ideas and solutions, we help clients evolve, guiding them toward a future built on strong foundations.
